Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that all returns are subject to a processing fee which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all custom Cole Buxton tags and dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once received at our warehouse, your return will undergo a quality inspection before your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
